1. What can I use my invitation link and the Affiliate Share from the product page for?

As a promoter, you can share your affiliate link. Anyone who registers for a JoyaGoo account with your affiliate link will become your affiliate, contributing to your affiliation bonus in the future.

2. How do I get my claimable bonus?

JoyaGoo will credit your [Claimable Bonus] account as soon as the parcels of your affiliated users have been delivered.

3. How is my bonus calculated?

As soon as you become a member, your account will immediately benefit from a 4% rebate rate. The more international logistics freight users you invite to register, the greater your bonuses and the higher your rebate rate will become. Once your bonus reaches a certain threshold, you can either apply for a withdrawal or use it to offset any service fees on the JoyaGoo platform:

• Basic: 0 point
• Bronze: 5,000 points
• Silver: 20,000 points
• Gold: 80,000 points
• Platinum: 400,000 points

4. Why is my claimable bonus gone?

We regret to inform you that any bonus not claimed within 60 days after it enters your [Claimable Bonus] account will expire. The system will withdraw the expired bonus, and it cannot be restored.

Claimable Bonus Rate Rules

• Basic Affiliate Promoter: 4% of the parcel shipping fee after delivery.
• Bronze Affiliate Promoter: 5% of the parcel shipping fee after delivery.
• Silver Affiliate Promoter: 6% of the parcel shipping fee after delivery.
• Gold Affiliate Promoter: 7% of the parcel shipping fee after delivery.
• Platinum Affiliate Promoter: 8% of the parcel shipping fee after delivery.
