The JoyaGoo User Registration Agreement includes the JoyaGoo Service Agreement and Legal Statement and Privacy Policy. By completing the registration procedures and agreeing to this Agreement, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted all provisions. Any disputes related to JoyaGoo services will be resolved according to the JoyaGoo Service Agreement.

If you disagree with the Agreement or any provision, please stop the registration procedures immediately.

JoyaGoo Service Agreement

I. Acknowledgement and Acceptance by User

By clicking “Agree with this Agreement,” you acknowledge that the electronic services provided by JoyaGoo belong to us. You become a formal user of JoyaGoo by agreeing to all registration provisions and completing the registration procedures. This Agreement is binding unless otherwise agreed. Your acceptance implies your capability to use JoyaGoo services and assume legal responsibility independently.

II. Services for Businesses under JoyaGoo

1. Policies for parcel forwarding and shopping agent services
   (1) Shopping agent and parcel forwarding services: JoyaGoo offers shopping agent and parcel forwarding services for products purchased on third-party platforms designated by you. You bear all risks related to international parcels, such as customs issues, delays, damage, loss, and forfeiture. JoyaGoo acts as a communication agent with logistic providers for claims, but final compensation is subject to the logistic provider’s standards.

(2) Disclaimer for purchase and parcel forwarding: JoyaGoo may handle products on your behalf, but you should make prudent purchases as some merchants may engage in illegal activities. Return or exchange of products is allowed within 5 days without reasons, with specific conditions and charges for subsequent returns/exchanges.

(3) Rules of return or exchange: Products purchased through JoyaGoo can be returned/exchanged within 5 days without reasons, with limitations on the number of free returns/exchanges.

(4) Parcel forwarding agreement and inspection rules: JoyaGoo will acknowledge and inspect parcels according to specified rules and requirements.

(5) Domestic and international return: JoyaGoo may arrange re-delivery for parcels returned due to various reasons, with different responsibilities for shipping fees.

(6) Delivery delay insurance and compensations: Compensations for delayed delivery are subject to negotiation with logistic providers, excluding delays due to force majeure.

(7) Parcel insurance and compensations: Compensation for lost parcels is provided based on insured value, with user responsibilities for certain factors.

(8) Receipt of parcel: Users should carefully check parcels upon receipt, and report any issues to customer service immediately.

(9) After-sales: Users can apply for after-sales services within the valid term, with specific conditions for eligibility.

(10) Worry-free compensation policies: Users should understand and agree to all terms and conditions before using JoyaGoo services.

(11) Compensation disclaimer: JoyaBuy is not liable for certain issues related to purchased products, including sensitive commodities, customs policies, lack of professional inspection, and fragile items.

III. Descriptions of International Logistics Restrictions

Products purchased in China must comply with PRC laws and regulations for export. Different customs policies in various countries may affect the delivery of parcels.

IV. Agreement Update and User Obligations

1. JoyaGoo may update this Privacy Policy to provide better services, with major changes communicated to users through various channels. Users have the right to access, update, and delete their information, with no reduction of user rights without consent.
2. Major changes in the Privacy Policy include significant changes in service model, ownership structure, rights to participate in personal information processing, and other key aspects.
